"The plan of excellent engineer education and cultiva-tion"is a major teaching reform project in China's higher engi-neering education. Combined with the characteristics of the uni-versity and the advantages of the measurement and control tech-nology and instrument major, this paper did a deep research on the education and cultivation model of the excellence plan, and proposed a way of cultivation with the features of the major.
