研究竹荪乙酸乙酯提取抑菌活性物质提取工艺,考察料液比、提取温度、提取时间3个单因素对提取效果产生的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,设计正交试验对提取工艺进一步的优化,并对优化得到的结果进行验证。以乙酸乙酯作为浸提溶剂,对竹荪的有效抑菌成分进行浸提,确定最佳提取工艺参数为提取时间3 h,提取温度75℃,料液比1∶25。

Dictyophora antibacterial substances are extracted with ethyl acetate extraction process, and the impacts of liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time on the extraction are investigated. On the basis of single factor test, the extraction process is further optimized by orthogonal test, and the results obtained are further verified. Taking ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent, the effective antimicrobial constituents of Dictyophora are leached, and the optimum extraction parameters are determined as follows: extraction time 3 h, extraction temperature 75℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶25.
