本试验旨在研究黄芪多糖( APS)对肉仔鸡血清免疫细胞因子含量及小肠诱导型一氧化氮合成酶( iNOS) mRNA表达的影响。试验选择1日龄健康艾维茵肉仔鸡300只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的APS。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加APS可提高肉仔鸡的平均体重和平均日增重,降低料重比,其中以1.0%APS组效果最佳。2)饲粮中添加APS可提高肉仔鸡血清白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量,42日龄血清白细胞介素-1和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量呈显著二次曲线增加(P <0.05),二者分别以1.0%和0.5%APS组最高。3)饲粮中添加APS可提高肉仔鸡血清一氧化氮含量,增加iNOS活性,促进小肠iNOS mRNA的表达,42日龄时小肠iNOS mRNA的表达呈显著二次曲线增加( P<0.05),其中以1.0%APS 组效果最佳。由此可见, APS 对肉仔鸡免疫功能的调节作用可能与 iNOS mRNA的表达和活性以及免疫细胞因子的分泌有关。

본시험지재연구황기다당( APS)대육자계혈청면역세포인자함량급소장유도형일양화담합성매( iNOS) mRNA표체적영향。시험선택1일령건강애유인육자계300지,수궤분위5개조,매조6개중복,매개중복10지계。대조조사위기출사량,시험조분별재기출사량중첨가0.1%、0.5%、1.0%화2.0%적APS。시험기42 d。결과표명:1)사량중첨가APS가제고육자계적평균체중화평균일증중,강저료중비,기중이1.0%APS조효과최가。2)사량중첨가APS가제고육자계혈청백세포개소-1、백세포개소-2화종류배사인자-α함량,42일령혈청백세포개소-1화종류배사인자-α함량정현저이차곡선증가(P <0.05),이자분별이1.0%화0.5%APS조최고。3)사량중첨가APS가제고육자계혈청일양화담함량,증가iNOS활성,촉진소장iNOS mRNA적표체,42일령시소장iNOS mRNA적표체정현저이차곡선증가( P<0.05),기중이1.0%APS 조효과최가。유차가견, APS 대육자계면역공능적조절작용가능여 iNOS mRNA적표체화활성이급면역세포인자적분비유관。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides ( APS) on serum immunocyte factor contents and small intestine inducible nitric oxide synthase ( iNOS ) mRNA expression of broilers. A total of 300 one-day-old healthy Avian broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 repli-cates per group and 10 broilers per replicate. Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0 . 1%, 0 . 5%, 1 . 0% and 2 . 0% APS, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:1) dietary supplementation of APS increased the average weight and the average daily gain of broilers, and decreased the ratio of feed to gain, and the 1. 0% APS group had the best effect. 2) Dietary supplementation of APS increased the contents of interleukin-1 , interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor-α in serum of broilers, the contents of interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor-α in serum showed a quadratic increasing at 42 days of age ( P <0 . 05 ) , and the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1 in serum in 0 . 5% and 1 . 0% APS groups had the best effect at 42 days of age, respectively. 3 ) Dietary supplementation of APS increased the nitric oxide content and iNOS activity in serum, and increased the small intestine iNOS mRNA expression, the small intestine iNOS mRNA expression showed a quadratic increasing at 42 days of age ( P<0 . 05 ) , and the 1 . 0% APS group had the best effect. In conclusion, the regulation of APS on immune function of broilers may relate to the expres-sion of iNOS mRNA, iNOS activity and the secretion of immunocyte factors.
