本试验旨在探讨饲粮维生素A添加水平对3~5月龄生长獭兔生长性能、毛皮品质、维生素A沉积、血清生化指标及抗氧化性能的影响。选取平均体重为(1.50±0.14) kg的3月龄獭兔200只,随机分成5组(每组40个重复,每个重复1只),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加5000、10000、20000和40000 IU/kg维生素A的试验饲粮,预试期7 d,正试期53 d。结果表明:饲粮维生素A添加水平对料重比有显著影响(P<0.05),对平均日增重、平均日采食量均无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮维生素A添加水平对獭兔毛皮重量和毛皮面积影响极显著(P<0.01),对毛囊密度、初级毛囊密度、次级毛囊密度和次级毛囊密度/初级毛囊密度均无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮维生素A添加水平对血清及肝脏维生素A含量影响显著(P<0.05),血清和肝脏维生素A含量均随饲粮维生素A添加水平的提高显著升高(P<0.05);饲粮维生素A添加水平对血清尿素氮和白蛋白含量影响显著(P<0.05),对血清总蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量影响均不显著(P>0.05);饲粮中添加维生素A可以极大地改善血清和肝脏的抗氧化性能,饲粮维生素A添加水平对血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性影响极显著(P<0.01),对血清丙二醛(MDA)含量影响显著( P<0.05),对肝脏GSH-Px活性影响极显著( P<0.01),对肝脏T-SOD活性和MDA含量有显著影响(P<0.05),对肝脏总抗氧化能力无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合考虑本试验所测指标,生长獭兔饲粮中维生素A适宜添加水平为10000 IU/kg。

The purpose of this trial was to study the effects of dietary vitamin A level on growth performance, fur quality, vitamin A deposition, serum biochemical indices and antioxidant function of growing Rex rabbits aged 3 to 5 months. Two hundred 3-month-old Rex rabbits with an average body weight of (1. 50±0. 14) kg were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 40 replicates in each group and each replicate contained 1 rabbit. Rabbits in control group were fed a basal diet, and rabbits in the experimental groups were fed experimental di-ets containing 5 000, 10 000, 20 000 and 40 000 IU/kg vitamin A, respectively. There was a pretrial period of 7 days followed by an experimental period of 53 days. The results showed as follows:the dietary vitamin A level had a significant impact on feed/gain ( P<0 . 05 ) , and had no significant effects on average daily feed intake and average daily gain ( P >0 . 05 ); the dietary vitamin A level had significant impacts on fur weight and fur area (P<0. 01), and had no significant effects on hair follicle density, primary hair follicle density, secondary hair follicle density and secondary hair follicle density/primary hair follicle density ( P>0 . 05 );the dietary vitamin A level had significant impacts on vitamin A content in serum and liver ( P<0 . 05 ) , and the vitamin A content in serum and liver was observably increased with the increase of dietary vitamin A level (P<0. 05); the dietary vitamin A level had significant impacts on urea nitrogen, total protein and albumin contents in serum (P<0. 05), and had no significant effects on triglyceride, cholesterol, high density lipopro-teins and low density lipoprotein contents in serum ( P>0 . 05 ); the dietary vitamin A supplement could im-prove the anti-oxidative activity in serum and liver, had significant impacts on the activities of glutathione per-oxidase (GSH-Px) and total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) (P<0. 01), and malondialdehyde (MDA) con-tent (P<0. 05) in serum, had significant impacts on the activities of GSH-Px (P<0. 01) and T-SOD (P<0 . 05 ) , and MDA content ( P<0 . 05 ) in liver, and had no significant effect on total antioxidation capacity in liver ( P>0 . 05 ) . Considering all indices of this experiment, the appropriate vitamin A level in the diet of growing Rex rabbit is 10 000 IU/kg.
