目的:测定广西境内不同产地菝葜药材中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法:HPLC法,Zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(90:10),检测波长203nm。结果:不同产区菝葜中薯蓣皂苷元含量差异较大,部分不符合2005年版《中国药典》要求。结论:为有效开发利用广西的菝葜资源提供了科学依据。

Objective:To determine the content of diosgenin in Rhizoma Smilacis Chinae from different places in Guangxi. Methods:HPLC method. A Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm) column was used with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile -Ultrapure water (90:10), the detecting wavelength was at 203nm. Results:The content of diosgenin in Rhizoma Smilacis Chinae of different places has large difference. Some of them were inconformity to 2005 edition of Phamarcopoeia of The People’s Republic of China. Conclusion: Can provide a scientific index for effective development and utilization of SmilaxchinaLinn, in the region.
