目的：探索儿童期精神分裂症患者认知功能情况。方法：对12名年龄≤16岁以妄想为主要症状的精神分裂症患者（患者组）及12名正常匹配儿童（对照组）进行认知功能测验（包括听觉词汇学习、数字广度、数字符号及瑞文标准推理测验）。结果：患者组在听觉词汇学习、数字广度、数字符号及瑞文标准推理测验成绩均较对照组差。其中，知觉辨别的效应值最大为-2.10，其次为比较推理-1.68、抽象推理-1.29、即刻记忆-1.20、数字符号-1.44、系列关系-0.82、数字广度（倒背、正背）分别为-0.77，-0.28、类同比较-0.30、延迟记忆保持率的效应值为0.32。结论：儿童期精神分裂症患者在智能、逻辑推理、记忆功能、注意功能、执行功能等方面均有不同程度的损害。
목적：탐색인동기정신분렬증환자인지공능정황。방법：대12명년령≤16세이망상위주요증상적정신분렬증환자（환자조）급12명정상필배인동（대조조）진행인지공능측험（포괄은각사회학습、수자엄도、수자부호급서문표준추리측험）。결과：환자조재은각사회학습、수자엄도、수자부호급서문표준추리측험성적균교대조조차。기중，지각변별적효응치최대위-2.10，기차위비교추리-1.68、추상추리-1.29、즉각기억-1.20、수자부호-1.44、계렬관계-0.82、수자엄도（도배、정배）분별위-0.77，-0.28、류동비교-0.30、연지기억보지솔적효응치위0.32。결론：인동기정신분렬증환자재지능、라집추리、기억공능、주의공능、집행공능등방면균유불동정도적손해。
Objective:To explore the cognitive function of patients with childhood schizophrenia. Method:12 patients with childhood schizophrenia with the main symptom of delusion(case group)and 12 nor-mal children(control group)were assessed by neuropsychological tests(including auditory verbal learning test, digital span test,digital symbol test and Raven standard reasoning test). Results:The results of the tests of auditory verbal learning,digital span,digital symbol and Raven standard reasoning test in case group were worse than control group. The largest effect size of perceptual discrimination was - 2. 10. Then,the effect size of com-parison of reasoning,abstract reasoning,immediate memory,digital symbol,relation series,digital span,compari-son of class and delayed memory probability were - 1. 68,- 1. 29,- 1. 20,- 1. 44,- 0. 82,- 0. 77,- 0. 28,- 0. 30,0. 32. Conclusion:To different degrees intelligence,logical reasoning,memory,attention,executive function are impaired in patients with childhood schizophrenia.
