目的:探讨腹腔镜手术中腹腔引流管放置技巧。方法:选取需要放置腹腔引流管的病例,采用三种不同腹腔引流管放置方法,即:1、引流管直接从戳卡中置入法;2、拔除戳卡,直接以普通弯钳钳夹从戳孔中置入;3、腔镜手术钳从A戳卡置入,在B戳卡的引导下,由腹内向腹外从B戳卡穿出,退出B戳卡,用腔镜手术钳钳夹引流管由外向内拖至腹腔内置入(附注:1、2方法的戳卡位置及3方法的B戳卡位置均为腹腔引流管位置)。采用SNK-q检验比较不同放置方法所费的时间。结果:第三种方法所费时间最少,优于前两种方法。结论:第三种方法是一种简便的新方法,在临床中可以大力推广。

목적:탐토복강경수술중복강인류관방치기교。방법:선취수요방치복강인류관적병례,채용삼충불동복강인류관방치방법,즉:1、인류관직접종착잡중치입법;2、발제착잡,직접이보통만겸겸협종착공중치입;3、강경수술겸종A착잡치입,재B착잡적인도하,유복내향복외종B착잡천출,퇴출B착잡,용강경수술겸겸협인류관유외향내타지복강내치입(부주:1、2방법적착잡위치급3방법적B착잡위치균위복강인류관위치)。채용SNK-q검험비교불동방치방법소비적시간。결과:제삼충방법소비시간최소,우우전량충방법。결론:제삼충방법시일충간편적신방법,재림상중가이대력추엄。
Objective:Discuss the placement techniques of abdominal cavity drainage tube in laparoscopic operation. Methods: Select the cases of abdominal cavity drainage tube,s placement and use three placement methords of abdominal cavity drainage tube in laparoscopic operation.The three methords :1.The drainage tube can be placed from trocars; 2.Removal of trocars, place abdominal cavity drainage tube from the stamp hole with ordinary curved forceps; 3. Under the guidance of B trocars,the laparoscopic forceps is placed into from A trocars and out of from B trocars. Exit the B trocars and place the drainage tube from outsid to inside with the laparoscopic forceps(NOTE:The trocars, location in the first two methods and the B trocars in the third method are the abdominal cavity drainage tube,s position). Compare the time of three methods with SNK-q test. Results:The time of a third method is the least. There is statistical significance with the first two methods. Conclusion: The third is a new method for the most convenient, can be popularized in the actual operation process.
