以前期研究中筛选得到的强毒菌株和弱毒菌株为试材,旨在探讨不同毒性玉米大斑病菌侵染对寄主多酚氧化酶( Polyphenol oxidase,PPO)活性的影响。在确定了检测玉米PPO活性的最佳反应体系及最佳酶活测定时间的基础上,建立了快速准确测定PPO活性的方法;探讨了玉米大斑病菌强毒菌株YC和弱毒菌株01-23T侵染对寄主PPO活性的影响,结果发现,在优化的最佳试验条件下,弱毒菌株01-23T侵染对寄主防御酶PPO的影响与强毒菌株YC有很大不同,前者比后者更容易引发寄主防御反应,使寄主防御酶活性升高、抵抗力得以维持。为深入探讨玉米大斑病菌与玉米之间的相互作用奠定了基础。

In this research,the effects of different virulent isolates of Exserohilum turcicum on host PPO activity was explored and the tested strains were screened in our previous study. A rapid and accurate method of determina-tion of PPO activity through building different reaction systems and the optimal detection time of enzyme activity was established. The effect on host PPO activity from E. turcicum virulent strain YC and attenuated strain 01-23T was ex-plored. The experimental results showed that,under the optimum experimental condition,the influence on host de-fense enzyme PPO from the infection of attenuated strain 01-23T and virulent strain YC was obviously different. The former led to host defense response more easily than the latter by the way of improving the host defense enzyme PPO activity and maintaining the host resistance. The study will give a basis for further researching in the interactions be-tween the fungal pathogen and the host corn in the future.
