对纵向驱动巨磁阻抗(LDGMI)效应的特性、原理及应用技术的研究进行了综述,对学术界存在争议的 LDGMI 效应和巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应基本物理机制问题进行了评析。认为 LDGMI 效应和 GMI 效应的区别在于工作模式不同,而基本物理机制相同,在应用开发中两者各有优缺点,相互可以形成互补关系,而 LDGMI 效应相比 GMI 效应具有灵敏度更高、可靠性更高、适应性更灵活等优点,在新型磁敏传感器和新型磁性能测量仪器开发应用中 LDGMI 效应会发挥独特的优势。 LDGMI 效应前景光明,值得业界关注。
對縱嚮驅動巨磁阻抗(LDGMI)效應的特性、原理及應用技術的研究進行瞭綜述,對學術界存在爭議的 LDGMI 效應和巨磁阻抗(GMI)效應基本物理機製問題進行瞭評析。認為 LDGMI 效應和 GMI 效應的區彆在于工作模式不同,而基本物理機製相同,在應用開髮中兩者各有優缺點,相互可以形成互補關繫,而 LDGMI 效應相比 GMI 效應具有靈敏度更高、可靠性更高、適應性更靈活等優點,在新型磁敏傳感器和新型磁性能測量儀器開髮應用中 LDGMI 效應會髮揮獨特的優勢。 LDGMI 效應前景光明,值得業界關註。

The characteristics,the principle and application technology studies of the longitudinally driven gi-ant magneto-impedance(LDGMI)effect were reviewed. Comments were made on the academically controver-sial of the basic physical mechanism of LDGMI effect and giant magneto-impedance(GMI)effect. The differ-ence of the LDGMI effect and GMI effect was regarded as resulted in the different work mode with the same basic physical mechanism,within which both had advantages and disadvantages in the application develop-ment,and formed the complementary relationship. Because of advantages of the higher sensitivity,higher reli-ability and greater flexible,the LDGMI had played a particular role in the development and application of the new type of magnetic sensor,and a new type of magnetic measuring instrument. Promising of the LDGMI effect was suggested which would be worthy of greater concern in the industry.
