以 P3 HT 作为电子给体材料,PCBM 作为电子受体材料,制成不同厚度活性层的本体异质结有机太阳能电池。从 I-V 特性曲线分析了厚度对电池性能的影响。制备了添加 PEDOTPSS 和 TiO2作为空穴阻挡层的有机电池,通过分析 I-V 特性曲线和吸收光谱,找到提高电池性能的方法。

Organic solar cells made of P3 HT as electron donor and PCBM as electron acceptor with different thickness of active layer were fabricated and analysized. From the I-V characteristics of the devices,it was found that thickness of the active layer affected the efficiency of the device greatly. When blocking layer of PEDOT : TiO2 were added to the device,it was found that different effect on the performance of the device characterized by I-V and adsorption analysis,the introduction of PEDOT : TiO2 PSS improved the efficiency of the device while TiO2 did not change the performance evidently,further more a detail discussiou was involved.
