以‘中农21号’黄瓜为试验材料,发酵腐熟的玉米秸秆和牛粪为基质主要组分,复配草炭、蛭石、炉渣灰、河沙、菇渣等基质原料,研究了日光温室中不同栽培基质配比对黄瓜光合及产量的影响.结果表明:配方B(秸秆∶牛粪∶草炭∶蛭石∶河沙=2∶3.5∶1∶1∶2.5)、配方 E(秸秆∶牛粪∶草炭∶河沙=2∶3.5∶1∶3.5)和配方 F(秸秆∶牛粪∶草炭∶河沙=2∶2.5∶2∶3.5)为黄瓜基质栽培的适宜配方.配方 B的黄瓜产量、结瓜数和干鲜质量均最高,分别为11184 kg/667 m2,11.3个/株,67.6 g,1262 g,显著高于配方 E、F以外的其他处理;这3个配方中配方 E、F的黄瓜叶片净光合速率显著高于配方B处理.

Taking ‘Zhongnong No.21’cucumber as the experimental material,the experiment was car-ried out to study the effects of different substrate formula that was composed of fermented maize straw, cow dung,compounding turf,vermiculite,slag,river sand,mushroom residue on cucumber photosynthesis and yield.Fermented maize straw and cow dung were the key components.The results showed that the for-mula B(maize straw∶cow dung∶turf∶vermiculite∶rover sand=2∶3.5∶1∶1∶2.5)and formula E(maize straw∶cow dung∶turf∶rover sand=2∶3 .5∶1∶3 .5 )and formula F(maize straw∶cow dung∶turf∶rover sand=2∶2.5∶2∶3.5)were more reasonable substrate formulas.The cucumber yield,fruit number of single plant,dry and fresh weights of formula B were 11 184 kg/667m2 ,11.3,67.6 g,1 262 g,significantly higher than those of other treatment except for formula E and F.The leaf photosynthesis of formula E and F were significantly higher than other treatments.
