从奶牛群中挑选体质量、胎次、泌乳期、产奶量及采食量均相近的奶牛16头,试验组8头,对照组8头,进行发酵甜高粱渣生物饲料对奶牛产奶量和牛奶质量影响的评价研究.结果表明:复合菌剂发酵组饲料粗蛋白含量比空白对照组提高了71%,粗纤维含量比对照组降低了8%;复合微生物菌剂袋装发酵甜高粱渣生物饲料试验组提高了奶牛采食量和产奶量,试验组奶牛与青贮玉米秸秆组奶牛相比,采食量提高了11.4%,产奶量提高了14.2%,试验组的奶料比和对照组相比减低了20.8%.此外,试验组与对照组相比牛奶中的乳蛋白含量提高了14.03%;牛奶中的乳脂率含量提高了16.3%,试验组牛奶体细胞数与对照组相比下降了5.15%.

Sixteen cows were selected from the dairy herd of similar weight,parity,lactation,milk pro-duction and feed intake,8 for experimental group,8 for the control group.The effects of the sweet sorghum straw fermented by the compound microbial agent on the milk yield and milk composition of the cows were researched.Results showed that the fermented sweet sorghum straw increased the content of crude pro-tein,with 7 1% higher compared the control,and the content of FIB reduced by 8%.Fermented sweet sor-ghum straw increased the feed intake (11.4%)and milk yield (14.2%),and the milk-feed ratio in the ex-perimental group decreased by 20.8%.In addition,the milk protein and milk fat content in experimental group increased by 14.03% and 16.3%.Milk somatic cell count decreased by 5.15%.
