对三年制医学检验技术专业《微生物学检验》进行教学方法的改革和实践，课堂教学综合运用讨论式、案例式、体验式、问题式和讲授式等多种教学方法，将各种教学方法优化组合，进行多元化教学。教学以学生为中心，活跃课堂氛围，调动学生学习的积极性和主动性，加强理论联系实际、增强创新意识和创新能力的培养，切实提高教学水平，保证教学质量。

Through reforming and practicing of teaching methods for microbiological test in the three-year medical laboratory technology profession ,the variety and integrated of seminar ,CBL ,PBL , LBL and experiential teaching methods were used .The student-centered teaching could active class-room atmosphere ,mobilize the enthusiasm of students ,strengthen the theory with practice and en-hance creativity and innovation ability .Optimizing of diversify teaching might effectively improve the teaching level ,and ensure the quality of teaching .
