临床医学专业研究生的培养目标是打造一支高素质的医师队伍以提高临床医疗质量和水平。以病例为导向的问题解决方案（Patient-Oriented Problem Solving System ，POPS）结合循证医学（EBM ）方法能有效调动学生主动学习的兴趣，培养学生获取信息和解决问题的能力，在解决问题的过程中加强学生团结协作能力及科研创新思维，达到更好的教学效果。另外，PO PS结合EBM 教学法还能及时更新导师的知识体系，提高自身的专业素养。

The objective of nephrology postgraduate training is set up a high quality team of physicians to improve the medical quality and level .The education mode of patient-oriented problem solving sys-tem(POPS) under evidence-based medicine(EBM ) has been proved to achieve better teaching effect by increasing the student’s interest in active learning ,cultivating students’ ability to get information and solving problems ,strengthening students’ cooperation ability and innovative thinking in the process of solving the problem .Moreover ,the education mode of POPS under EBM has been proved to up-date the tutor system of knowledge and improving self-professional quality .
