在南华大学独立学院药学专业学生中开展了本科生“导师制”工作，通过认真遴选导师，加强导师的职业培训，实行师生双选，对学生进行分类指导，并以学生为主体，建立药学专业学生创新团队，旨在探究培养科研创新能力人才的有效途径，以加强具有创新能力的药学人才培养。
在南華大學獨立學院藥學專業學生中開展瞭本科生“導師製”工作，通過認真遴選導師，加彊導師的職業培訓，實行師生雙選，對學生進行分類指導，併以學生為主體，建立藥學專業學生創新糰隊，旨在探究培養科研創新能力人纔的有效途徑，以加彊具有創新能力的藥學人纔培養。
재남화대학독립학원약학전업학생중개전료본과생“도사제”공작，통과인진린선도사，가강도사적직업배훈，실행사생쌍선，대학생진행분류지도，병이학생위주체，건립약학전업학생창신단대，지재탐구배양과연창신능력인재적유효도경，이가강구유창신능력적약학인재배양。
We have already carried out “tutorial system” for undergraduates in pharmacy specialty in Independent College . The system includes selecting tutors carefully , strengthening the vocational training of tutors ,conducting a double choice between tutors and undergraduates ,adopting classified guidance to the students and establishment of innovative team around the students taken as the main body .All above is to explore an effective way to cultivate innovation ability of scientific research per-sons and strengthen the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents with innovation ability .
