用γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷与二乙胺反应,经季铵化反应制得抗菌剂GD-1,并对纯棉织物进行抗菌整理,测试整理后织物的抑菌率、白度、断裂强力、折皱回复角等性能.整理后棉织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为99.74%和99.37%,自制抗菌剂GD-1的最佳应用工艺为:GD-1用量20g/L ,pH=6,80℃预烘,120℃焙烘.整理后的棉织物洗涤50次后,抑菌率仍能保持在80.95%左右.

용γ-록병기삼갑양기규완여이을알반응,경계안화반응제득항균제GD-1,병대순면직물진행항균정리,측시정리후직물적억균솔、백도、단렬강력、절추회복각등성능.정리후면직물대대장간균화금황색포도구균적억균솔분별위99.74%화99.37%,자제항균제GD-1적최가응용공예위:GD-1용량20g/L ,pH=6,80℃예홍,120℃배홍.정리후적면직물세조50차후,억균솔잉능보지재80.95%좌우.
With γ-chloropropyl trimethoxysilane and diethylamine reaction ,the antibacterial GD-1 is ob-tained through quaternization reaction ,and antibacterial finishing process is applied on cotton fabric . Then the finished fabric inhibition rate ,whiteness ,breaking strength ,wrinkle recovery angle and other properties are tested .The results show that the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on finished cotton fabric reached 99.74% and 99.37% .GD-1′s best application processes are as follows :GD-1 dosage of 20g/L ,pH=6 ,80 ℃ pre-baking ,120 ℃ baking .After washing 50 times ,the antibacterial rate of the finished cotton fabric is still able to remain at about 80.95% .
