目的：探讨硬性支气管镜在婴幼儿食管异物取出术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我们采用硬性支气管镜实施食管异物取出术的13例患儿临床资料。结果13例年龄小于1岁的食管异物患儿均在全麻下经硬性支气管镜成功取出异物。结论对于婴幼儿食管异物的诊治，硬性支气管镜是一种清晰度高、安全、适宜的工具，值得在临床上推广。
목적：탐토경성지기관경재영유인식관이물취출술중적응용개치。방법회고성분석아문채용경성지기관경실시식관이물취출술적13례환인림상자료。결과13례년령소우1세적식관이물환인균재전마하경경성지기관경성공취출이물。결론대우영유인식관이물적진치，경성지기관경시일충청석도고、안전、괄의적공구，치득재림상상추엄。
Objetive Discuss the value of rigid bronchoscope in extraction of esophageal foreign body in children. Methods There were 1 3 cases of children with esophageal foreign body,who were under one years old,involved in this study.Rigid bronchoscopy was performed under general anaesthesia.The clinical data was subjected to retrospective analysis. Results 1 3 cases of esophageal foreign body were all successful-ly removed with the rigid bronchoscopy. Conclusion The rigid bronchoscopy is high-definition,safe and ef-fective.It is a diagnostic and therapeutic method in esophageal foreign body in children,and it is worth popu-larizing and applying in clinical practice.
