蔬菜专业合作社对于菜农增加市场竞争力和提高菜农收入非常重要。基于陕西、山西和山东3省607户菜农的调查数据，运用二元Logit模型对菜农参与蔬菜专业合作社的意愿及其影响因素进行计量分析。结果表明，文化程度、是否是村干部、是否参加过菜农职业培训、是否了解蔬菜合作社、种菜面积、蔬菜品种、是否保护地蔬菜、种植历史、销售半径、市场对蔬菜质量等级要求、价格波动程度和当地政府是否积极引导蔬菜合作社的建立等是影响菜农参与蔬菜专业合作社的关键因素；性别和当地政府是否给予蔬菜合作社税收优惠对菜农参与蔬菜专业合作社有一定影响；而年龄、家庭劳动力人数、兼业化程度和当地蔬菜生产规模等对菜农参与蔬菜专业合作社的意愿影响不显著。

Vegetable cooperatives are very useful for vegetable growers to increase market competitiveness and enhance income .Based on a survey of 607 vegetable growers from three provinces of Shaanxi ,Shanxi and Shang-dong ,we do a quantitative analysis on the vegetable farmers ’ willingness to join vegetable cooperatives and the in-fluencing factors by binary Logit model .The results show that the main factors influencing vegetable farmers ’ willingness to join vegetable cooperatives are degree of education ,whether to be rural leaders ,whether to partici-pate in the training of vegetable growers ,whether to know vegetable cooperatives ,growing area ,vegetable varie-ty ,whether to be vegetable under facility protection ,growing history ,sales radius ,consumers’ demand for quality grade ,fluctuation in price and whether to have support to build the cooperative from the local government ;there are also some influence from gender and whether having the government ’s support by preferential taxation ;while the influence from age ,family labor force ,the degree of concurrent business and the scale of local vegetable pro-duction is not significant .
