目的：探讨规范重点病人诊疗制度在减少医疗纠纷中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2011年12月（规范重点病人诊疗制度前）与2012年1～12月（规范重点病人诊疗制度后），重点病人医疗纠纷的发生数量、纠纷的年均发生率、纠纷补偿总额、纠纷补偿占业务收入的比例及病人满意度。结果规范重点病人诊疗制度后，纠纷数量下降，纠纷补偿总额及占业务收入比例下降，病人满意度明显提高。结论规范重点病人诊疗制度可以减少医疗纠纷，提高医疗安全。
목적：탐토규범중점병인진료제도재감소의료규분중적작용。방법회고성분석아원2010년1월지2011년12월（규범중점병인진료제도전）여2012년1～12월（규범중점병인진료제도후），중점병인의료규분적발생수량、규분적년균발생솔、규분보상총액、규분보상점업무수입적비례급병인만의도。결과규범중점병인진료제도후，규분수량하강，규분보상총액급점업무수입비례하강，병인만의도명현제고。결론규범중점병인진료제도가이감소의료규분，제고의료안전。
Objective To understand the role of standardized diagnosis and treatment system for intensive care patient in re -duction of medical disputes .Methods The number of medical disputes , the annual incidence of disputes , the total compensation a-mount of disputes ,the ratio of disputes compensation in business income and the satisfactions of inpatients were retrospectively com -pared between the system was not applied in January ,2010 to December ,2011 and the system was carried out in January ,2012 to De-cember,2012 .Results We found that there was a decrease in the number of disputes ,the total compensation amount of disputes and the ratio of disputes compensation in business income after application of the system .The satisfactions of inpatients were significantly in-creased.Conclusion The system plays a prominent role in reducing medical disputes and guaranteeing medical safety .
