目的：通过调查分析2009～2011年四川省县级及以下医疗机构科研现状，为基层医疗机构的科研管理提供科学依据。方法利用统一调查表调查四川省106家县级及以下医疗机构科研项目和论文发表情况，并进行统计分析。结果四川省基层医疗机构科研质量总体在上升，但科研成果数量少，层次较低，发展极不均衡。结论通过特色专科的建立，以需求为导向引进适宜设备和技术，发挥自身优势，找准科研切入点，从而促进高水平科研成果的产出，提高四川省县级及以下医疗机构整体科研水平。

목적：통과조사분석2009～2011년사천성현급급이하의료궤구과연현상，위기층의료궤구적과연관리제공과학의거。방법이용통일조사표조사사천성106가현급급이하의료궤구과연항목화논문발표정황，병진행통계분석。결과사천성기층의료궤구과연질량총체재상승，단과연성과수량소，층차교저，발전겁불균형。결론통과특색전과적건립，이수구위도향인진괄의설비화기술，발휘자신우세，조준과연절입점，종이촉진고수평과연성과적산출，제고사천성현급급이하의료궤구정체과연수평。
Objective To provide the reference for science research management of primary medical institutions through stud -ying scientific research situation at county levels and below in Sichuan province from 2009 to 2011 .Methods The situation of research projects and published papers were statistically analyzed by using a uniform questionnaire in 106 county and below medical institutions of Sichuan province .Results There was an increasing trend of scientific quality in primary medical institutions of Sichuan Province . However ,quantities and qualities of research achievement were low and development was extremely unbalanced .Conclusion High lev-el research achievements could be generated and integral research level could be improved at county and below medical institutions if specialty clinics were established ,appropriate equipment and technology were introduced ,its own advantages were given full play and research entry point was identified .
