目的：探索科学有效的男男性接触者（ Men who have sex with men，MSM）干预模式。方法文献复习、专家咨询、问卷调查、现场观察、网络调查等。结果建立了MSM立体化、全覆盖干预模式，在成都市MSM人群中开展艾滋病干预，干预覆盖18494人。干预一年后，目标人群最近一次安全套使用率、知觉感染风险意识及坚持采取防护措施频率三项指标均有明显改善（ P＜0.05）。结论通过对MSM活动场所、社交网络的全覆盖，采用一对一、社群活动、互联网宣传，对不同小群体开展多层面立体化的干预活动，根据危险程度不同采取差异化的干预策略与方法，对MSM人群的干预可取得明显效果。
목적：탐색과학유효적남남성접촉자（ Men who have sex with men，MSM）간예모식。방법문헌복습、전가자순、문권조사、현장관찰、망락조사등。결과건립료MSM입체화、전복개간예모식，재성도시MSM인군중개전애자병간예，간예복개18494인。간예일년후，목표인군최근일차안전투사용솔、지각감염풍험의식급견지채취방호조시빈솔삼항지표균유명현개선（ P＜0.05）。결론통과대MSM활동장소、사교망락적전복개，채용일대일、사군활동、호련망선전，대불동소군체개전다층면입체화적간예활동，근거위험정도불동채취차이화적간예책략여방법，대MSM인군적간예가취득명현효과。
Objective To explore a scientific and effective intervention mode for Men who have sex with men (MSM).Meth-ods Literature review,expert consultation,site observation and internet survey were used in the study .Results A multidimensional and full coverage model was established and 18 ,494 MSM were intervened in Chengdu .After one-year intervention ,the rates of the lat-est use of condoms , the perceived risk consciousness and insistence to take protective measures were significantly improved ( all P <0.05).Conclusion Significant intervention results can be achieved through full coverage on MSM activity sites and social networks , and adoption of methods of one-by-one,community activities and internet publicity in different small groups .
