目的：探讨耳甲软骨“中轴”植入法整复单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形的手术效果。方法耳甲软骨修整后，巧妙利用其特殊形态，采取“中轴”植入法至两侧鼻翼软骨内侧脚之间，用以支撑并抬高鼻尖及患侧鼻翼。结果15例单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形患者采取耳甲软骨“中轴”植入法整复鼻畸形，鼻畸形均得到明显的改善，塌陷鼻翼得到抬升，鼻尖明显抬高，鼻部外形接近正常，观察1～3年效果稳定。结论巧妙地利用耳甲软骨的特殊形态以“中轴”植入法整复单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形能较大程度改善鼻部外形，获得良好的鼻尖突度及鼻翼形态并且稳定性较好，。
목적：탐토이갑연골“중축”식입법정복단측진렬술후비기형적수술효과。방법이갑연골수정후，교묘이용기특수형태，채취“중축”식입법지량측비익연골내측각지간，용이지탱병태고비첨급환측비익。결과15례단측진렬술후비기형환자채취이갑연골“중축”식입법정복비기형，비기형균득도명현적개선，탑함비익득도태승，비첨명현태고，비부외형접근정상，관찰1～3년효과은정。결론교묘지이용이갑연골적특수형태이“중축”식입법정복단측진렬술후비기형능교대정도개선비부외형，획득량호적비첨돌도급비익형태병차은정성교호，。
Objective To explore the surgical efficiency of ear conchal cartilage implantation with “central axis supporting”method for repairing secondary nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip .Methods With“central axis supporting” method,conchal car-tilage was grafted between the medial and lateral crura of alar cartilage according to its specific shapes .The operation was performed to support and raise the nasal tip and alar .Results Fifteen patients with secondary nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip were repaired with this method.The nasal deformity in all patients was obviously improved .The nasal shape was close to normal .The effect was stable after 1 to 3 years of operation .Conclusion The surgical method can repair the secondary nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip .It re-builds the nasal shape and raises the tip and nasal ala with stable curative efficiency .
