《灵枢官能第七十三》是为《黄帝内经·灵枢》的重要篇章。本文从“徐而安静，手巧而心审谛者，可使行针艾”、“必知天忌，乃言针意”、“用针之要，无忘其神”、“上工救其萌芽、不治已病治未病”、“明于五输，徐疾所在，屈伸出入，皆有条理”、“用针之理，必知形气之所在”、“泻必用方，补必用员”、“针所不为，灸之所宜”几个代表性语汇入手，就其中医针灸的学术思想特点进行讨论。《灵枢官能篇》论述了针灸医师必须具备性格平和沉稳、知识渊博、医德高尚的人品；必须具备正确辨证施治的医师基本功；还论及了针刺手法补泻、针和灸的不同适应症和治未病的理论；这些都为后世中医理论，特别是针灸理论的发展奠定了基础；其提出的因材施教的教育思想至今仍有指导意义。

Guan Neng Di Qi Shi San in Spiritual Pivot is an important part of the Spiritual Pivot in Yellow Emperor ’ s In-ner Classic .This paper mainly discussed the characteristics of acupuncture theory from eight typical theses .Guan Neng in the Spiritual Pivot mainly discussed that doctors must have a calm character , broad and profound knowledge , gracious medical ethics, and the basic skill of pattern differentiation and treatment .At the same time, it also discussed supple-mentation and drainage when acupuncture , the different adaptation diseases between acupuncture and moxibustion , and the theory of treating disease before its onset .All these theories established the foundation for the TCM medicine espe-cially the acupuncture-moxibustion theory .The educational thought of teaching students in accordance with their apti-tude in it has an instructional significance till present .
