Acupuncture%Brain%fMRI%Gall bladder channel of foot -Shaoyang
目的:利用功能磁共振成像技术探讨配伍针刺足少阳胆经( GB )经穴合穴后脑功能变化情况。方法:对24名健康志愿者使用银针同时刺激经穴(阳辅GB38)、合穴(阳陵泉GB34)后,采用血氧浓度相位对比法进行功能磁共振成像;随机选择24名健康志愿者中的20名针刺非穴位点作为对照组。以P<0.01,k≧30作为阈值,处理结果叠加到标准脑部解剖影像(灰阶)上方显示。结果:试验组脑功能激活区有双侧颞上回(22区)、双侧中央前回(6区)、双侧扣带回(30区)、双侧缘上回(40区)、双侧顶上小叶(7区)等;功能减低脑区有双侧颞极(38区)、双侧眶回(11区)、右侧颞下回(20区)、右侧枕颗内侧回(36区)等。对照组激活区包括双侧扣带回(24区)、双侧颞上回(22区)、双侧顶上小叶(7区)等。对照组激活脑区的范围、信号强度与数量(6个)显著小于试验组(10个)。结论:针刺足少阳胆经的经穴、合穴后,可以激活、抑制不同脑区及躯体感觉区,说明穴位配伍的作用机制与脑功能区活动具有相关性。

목적:이용공능자공진성상기술탐토배오침자족소양담경( GB )경혈합혈후뇌공능변화정황。방법:대24명건강지원자사용은침동시자격경혈(양보GB38)、합혈(양릉천GB34)후,채용혈양농도상위대비법진행공능자공진성상;수궤선택24명건강지원자중적20명침자비혈위점작위대조조。이P<0.01,k≧30작위역치,처리결과첩가도표준뇌부해부영상(회계)상방현시。결과:시험조뇌공능격활구유쌍측섭상회(22구)、쌍측중앙전회(6구)、쌍측구대회(30구)、쌍측연상회(40구)、쌍측정상소협(7구)등;공능감저뇌구유쌍측섭겁(38구)、쌍측광회(11구)、우측섭하회(20구)、우측침과내측회(36구)등。대조조격활구포괄쌍측구대회(24구)、쌍측섭상회(22구)、쌍측정상소협(7구)등。대조조격활뇌구적범위、신호강도여수량(6개)현저소우시험조(10개)。결론:침자족소양담경적경혈、합혈후,가이격활、억제불동뇌구급구체감각구,설명혈위배오적작용궤제여뇌공능구활동구유상관성。
Objective:To study the brain functional change by using functional magnetic resonance imaging ( fMRI) to in-vestigate compatibility needle foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian point and He -sea point auxiliary activated brain re-gions after function changes .Methods:24 healthy volunteers were used silver needle to stimulate the acupuncture Yang fu ( GB38 ) point and Yang ling quan point ( GB34 ) at the same time .Blood oxygen concentration dependent contrast method was adopted to improve the functional magnetic resonance imaging ( fMRI ); randomly select 20 members from the randomly selected 24 healthy volunteers which acupuncture non acupoint as control group .With P<0 .001 , k≧30 as a threshold , the superposition of processing result to the standard brain anatomical images ( grayscale ) shown above . Results:Group bilateral brain activation regions ,bilateral superior temporal gyrus (22),precentral gyrus (6), bilateral cingulate (30), two lateral margins on the top of the last time (40), bilateral lobules (7), etc.Function to reduce brain regions had bilateral temporal pole (38),bilateral orbital (11), right temporal gyrus (20), right side pillow in-side of the back (36), etc.Control group activation area included bilateral cingulate area (24), bilateral superior tem-poral gyrus (22), on the top of the bilateral side lobules (7), etc.Control activated brain regions range , signal intensi-ty and number (6) were significantly less than the experimental group (10).Conclusion: Compatibility stimulates the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and acupuncture point , which can activate and inhibit the different brain regions and somatosensory areas , to instruct the mechanism of action of acupoint compatibility associated with brain function activi -ties.
