本试验旨在研究黑麦草颗粒饲粮对扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用1日龄扬州鹅300只,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。各组饲粮黑麦草添加水平分别为0(对照组)、2%(Ⅰ组)、4%(Ⅱ组)、6%(Ⅲ组)和8%(Ⅳ组)。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)7日龄时,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组平均日采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);14日龄时,Ⅱ组平均日采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组料重比显著低于对照组( P<0.05);21日龄时,Ⅳ组平均日采食量显著高于对照组( P<0.05)。2)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重和腿肌重均高于对照组( P>0.05),各组胃pH无显著差异( P>0.05)。3)各组血清谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶活性差异不显著( P>0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组血清总蛋白含量显著高于对照组( P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清葡萄糖含量显著低于对照组( P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅳ组血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于对照组( P<0.05)。由此可见,黑麦草颗粒饲粮能够提高扬州鹅生长性能,改善屠宰性能和血清生化指标,黑麦草适宜添加水平为6%。

본시험지재연구흑맥초과립사량대양주아생장성능、도재성능화혈청생화지표적영향。시험선용1일령양주아300지,수궤분성5조,매조3개중복,매개중복20지。각조사량흑맥초첨가수평분별위0(대조조)、2%(Ⅰ조)、4%(Ⅱ조)、6%(Ⅲ조)화8%(Ⅳ조)。시험기위21 d。결과표명:1)7일령시,Ⅱ、Ⅳ조평균일채식량현저저우대조조(P<0.05),Ⅰ조평균일증중현저고우대조조(P<0.05);14일령시,Ⅱ조평균일채식량현저저우대조조(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ조료중비현저저우대조조( P<0.05);21일령시,Ⅳ조평균일채식량현저고우대조조( P<0.05)。2)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조도체중、반정당중、전정당중화퇴기중균고우대조조( P>0.05),각조위pH무현저차이( P>0.05)。3)각조혈청곡초전안매화감성린산매활성차이불현저( P>0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅲ화Ⅳ조혈청총단백함량현저고우대조조( P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ조혈청포도당함량현저저우대조조( P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ화Ⅳ조혈청곡병전안매활성현저저우대조조( P<0.05)。유차가견,흑맥초과립사량능구제고양주아생장성능,개선도재성능화혈청생화지표,흑맥초괄의첨가수평위6%。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ryegrass pellet diet on growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese.A total of 300 one-day-old Yangzhou geese were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 geese per replicate.Geese in the groups were fed the diets supplemented with 0 ( control group ) , 2% ( group Ⅰ) , 4% ( group Ⅱ) , 6%( group Ⅲ) and 8%( groupⅣ) ryegrass, respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follow:1) at 7 days of age, the average daily feed intake ( ADFI) in groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05), the average daily gain in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05); at 14 days of age, the ADFI in groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05) , the ratio of feed to gain in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly lower than that in con-trol group ( P<0.05); at 21 days of age, the ADFI in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05) .2) The carcass weight, semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight and leg muscle weight in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than those in control group ( P>0.05 ) , there was no significant difference on stomachic pH among all groups ( P>0.05) .3) There was no significant difference on the activi-ties of glutamic oxalocetie transaminase and alkaline phosphatase in serum among all groups ( P>0.05);the se-rum total protein content in groups Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05); the serum glucose content in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05); the serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity in groupsⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅳwas significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05).In conclusion, ryegrass pellet diet can improve the growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese, and the optimal supplemental level of ryegrass is 6%.
