The manufacturing design, process and quality control of an excavating machine motor have hard requirements. Based on the YBUD motor, the machine's water-cooling way was improved. In order to confirm the feasibility of the new scheme,the pressure and heat dissipation were calculated. The results show that the new scheme is feasible.
