脉振高频信号注入永磁同步电机无位置传感器位置观测器的设计及控制需要通过多个滤波器对电流信号进行解调,这些滤波器结构及算法复杂,参数整定困难,且多个滤波器的滞后效应叠加,增大了系统的时间常数,造成系统动态性能下降。通过优化设计位置观测器,减少滤波器数量并确定适宜的滤波器类型,使参数整定易于实现。基于内置式永磁同步电机无位置传感器矢量控制系统的试验研究,证明了采用优化后的位置观测器的系统在中、低速下动态性能良好、鲁棒性强,验证了采用方法的有效性。
脈振高頻信號註入永磁同步電機無位置傳感器位置觀測器的設計及控製需要通過多箇濾波器對電流信號進行解調,這些濾波器結構及算法複雜,參數整定睏難,且多箇濾波器的滯後效應疊加,增大瞭繫統的時間常數,造成繫統動態性能下降。通過優化設計位置觀測器,減少濾波器數量併確定適宜的濾波器類型,使參數整定易于實現。基于內置式永磁同步電機無位置傳感器矢量控製繫統的試驗研究,證明瞭採用優化後的位置觀測器的繫統在中、低速下動態性能良好、魯棒性彊,驗證瞭採用方法的有效性。

The design and control of position observer of pulsating high-frequency signal injection PMSM sensorless need many filters to demodulate the current signal, but these filters' structure and algorithm are complex, bringing difficulties in parameter tuning. And the lag effect superposition of filters will increase the time constant of the system, resulting in dynamic performance decline of the system. By optimizing the design of position observer through reducing the number of filters and determining the appropriate type of filters, the parameter tuning of system was easy to implement. Based on a built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless vector control system, it is proved by experiment that the system using the optimized position observer has good dynamic performance and robustness in low speed, which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
