利用民航力量由多个机场向一个目标机场实施航空战略投送时,由于各民航机场都具有运力限制约束,不可能无限制地快速投送兵力,因此,考虑了在多个出发机场存在运力限制约束的情况下,构建了“投送时间最短,动员机场最少”多目标决策模型,并给出了优化算法和算例。
利用民航力量由多箇機場嚮一箇目標機場實施航空戰略投送時,由于各民航機場都具有運力限製約束,不可能無限製地快速投送兵力,因此,攷慮瞭在多箇齣髮機場存在運力限製約束的情況下,構建瞭“投送時間最短,動員機場最少”多目標決策模型,併給齣瞭優化算法和算例。

As every civil airport has the limit of transport capacity,we can’t project the force quickly without limit when making use of civil aviation to carry out air strategic proj ection from several departure airports to one destination airport.So we build a multi-obj ective decision model to pursue the shortest proj ecting time and the least airports to mobilized,and proposes the optimi-zation algorithm and its case,considering the limit of transport capacity in several departure air-ports.
