目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后排尿困难的原因以及护理措施。方法收集2011年月至2013年12月，我院住院行TURP的患者120例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各60例，对照组行常规护理，观察组行预见性护理模式。结果观察组无排尿困难发生，对照组发生率为26.7%，观察组显著低于对照组；观察组的住院时间显著短于对照组；观察组的护理满意度为100.0%，显著高于对照组的90.0%（P<0.05）。结论分析TURP术后发生排尿困难的原因，早期实施预见性护理，有利于减少排尿困难等并发症，提高临床护理质量及患者的满意度，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토경뇨도전렬선전절술(TURP)후배뇨곤난적원인이급호리조시。방법수집2011년월지2013년12월，아원주원행TURP적환자120례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각60례，대조조행상규호리，관찰조행예견성호리모식。결과관찰조무배뇨곤난발생，대조조발생솔위26.7%，관찰조현저저우대조조；관찰조적주원시간현저단우대조조；관찰조적호리만의도위100.0%，현저고우대조조적90.0%（P<0.05）。결론분석TURP술후발생배뇨곤난적원인，조기실시예견성호리，유리우감소배뇨곤난등병발증，제고림상호리질량급환자적만의도，치득추엄응용。
Objective: To discuss the causes of difficulty of urination after TURP and nursing measures. Methods: Col ecting 120 TURP patients in our hospital from 2011 to December 2013, randomly divided them into observation group and control group. 60 patients in the control group underwent routine care and others in observed group receive predictive nursing. Results: There was no dysuria occurred in the observation group but the rate was 26.7% in the control group . So observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group. Nursing of observation group satisfaction was 100.0%,which was markedly higher than 90.0% of the control group . (P <0.05). Conclusion: The analysis of postoperative dysuria TURP reason, early implementation of nursing helps reduce complications such as difficulty urinating.To improve the quality of clinical nursing and patient satisfaction,these should be widely applied.
