目的:研究并探讨乙醇冰袋与清水冰袋在脑外伤发热患者中的降温效果,寻找切实有效的冰敷降温方法。方法选择我院2012年2月-2013年2月间确诊收治的40例脑外伤发热患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各20例,对照组患者采用清水冰袋进行冰敷降温,观察组患者采用乙醇冰袋进行冰敷降温,冰敷持续3h后比较两组患者的实际降温效果。结果相比对照组患者,观察组患者的降温效果明显较好,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且乙醇冰袋较为松软,易于操作。结论乙醇冰袋的临床降温效果显著优于清水冰袋,材料易取、制作简单、操作方便、经济适用,且冰袋可以重复使用,值得大力推广应用。

Objective: To study and explore ethanol and water ice pack ice pack to cool the heating effect in patients with traumatic brain injury, to find effective ice cooling methods. Results: Compared to the control group of patients, the cooling effect of the observation group were significantly better compared to the two groups was statistical y significant difference (P<0.05), and ethanol ice packs more soft, easy to operate. Conclusion: The clinical cooling effect of ethanol was significantly better than water ice pack ice pack, easy to take the material, making simple, easy to operate, affordable and reusable ice packs, worth promoting applications.
