綜述瞭凱氏定氮法、紫外吸收法、雙縮脲比色法、Folin-酚法、攷馬斯亮藍法、BCA法、磺基水楊痠沉澱法、滴定法及電泳法等主要的蛋白質的定量檢測方法。同時,分彆介紹瞭各方法的原理和特點,以及評價瞭各種方法的特點和適用條件。它為對實際測定中如何適宜的檢測方法提供指導方嚮。

Several primary detection methods in determination of protein contents were discussed,including:Kjeldahl method,Ultraviolet absorption method,Biuret colorimetry,Lowery method,Coomassie brilliant blue, BCA method,Sulfosalicylic acid precipitation method,Titration method, Electrophoresis method and so on. Meantime, the principle and characteristic of each method was simply introduced, and the applicability of each method was estimated. Which provide guidance on how to select proper detection method.
