以黄山贡菊为原料,采用亚临界流体萃取技术,萃取贡菊中的油类成分,所得到的贡菊净油进行GC/MS检测分析。结果表明,亚临界流体 DME萃取贡菊净油的粗品得率为4.6%,贡菊净油挥发性成分中酮类物质占30.14%,烯烃类物质占21.80%,醇类物质占11.80%,酸类物质占11.18%,酯类物质占10.72%,醛类物质占1.78%,其他物质占12.58%。
以黃山貢菊為原料,採用亞臨界流體萃取技術,萃取貢菊中的油類成分,所得到的貢菊淨油進行GC/MS檢測分析。結果錶明,亞臨界流體 DME萃取貢菊淨油的粗品得率為4.6%,貢菊淨油揮髮性成分中酮類物質佔30.14%,烯烴類物質佔21.80%,醇類物質佔11.80%,痠類物質佔11.18%,酯類物質佔10.72%,醛類物質佔1.78%,其他物質佔12.58%。
이황산공국위원료,채용아림계류체췌취기술,췌취공국중적유류성분,소득도적공국정유진행GC/MS검측분석。결과표명,아림계류체 DME췌취공국정유적조품득솔위4.6%,공국정유휘발성성분중동류물질점30.14%,희경류물질점21.80%,순류물질점11.80%,산류물질점11.18%,지류물질점10.72%,철류물질점1.78%,기타물질점12.58%。
By using Tribute Chrysanthemum as the raw material,Tribute Chrysanthemum oil was extracted by subcritical extraction technology, The absolutes oil components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The results indicated that the yield of the crude oil was 4.6%, The volatile components of Tribute Chrysanthemum oil were ketones of 30.14%,olefins of 21.80%, alcohols of 11.80%, acids of 11.18%,esters of 10.72%,aldehydes of 1.78%, others of 12.58%.
