采用传统浸提法,以乙醇为溶剂,溶剂体积分数为85%、提取时间20 h、固液比1∶20、提取温度70℃。鸡油菌总黄酮对邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧阴离子、Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基和亚硝酸根均有明显的抑制作用,并呈现一定的量效关系,即随总黄酮浓度的增加对各离子的清除率不断增大。当总黄酮浓度为0.2041 g/L时,对超氧阴离子的清除率为44.2%,羟基自由基的清除率为11.4%,亚硝酸根的清除率为50%。

The present paper uses the tradition to soak the formulation, take the ethyl alcohol as the resolver, the resolver volume fraction is 85%, extraction time 20 h, the liquid-solid compares 1∶20, extraction temperature 70℃. The cantharelloid total flavanone opposite neighbours trihydroxy benzene produces from the oxidation the ultra oxygen anion, the Fenton response produces the hydroxyl free radical and the nitrite have the obvious inhibitory action, and presents certain quantity effect relations, increases unceasingly along with total flavanone density's increase to various ions' percentage clearance. When the total flavanone density is 0.204 1 g/L, to the ultra oxygen anion's percentage clearance is 44.2%, the hydroxyl free radical's percentage clearance is 11.4%, the nitrite percentage clearance is 50%.
