测定大理野生橄榄中的可溶性多糖、黄酮及多酚类物质的含量,以期为大理野生资源的开发利用提供参考数据。野生橄榄果实干粉采用石油醚回流脱脂后,分别用去离子水沸水浴和60%乙醇40℃水浴浸提2 h~3 h,并用分别以葡萄糖、芦丁、焦性没食子酸为对照品采用苯酚-硫酸法,NaNO2-AlNO3-NaOH法,洒石亚铁法测定其中的可溶性多糖、黄酮及多酚类物质。用去离子水于沸水浴浸提测得大理野生橄榄中多糖,总黄酮和总多酚含量分别为:(3.02±0.105)%、(0.78±0.081)%、(5.19±0.114)%;而用60%乙醇40℃水浴浸提测得大理野生橄榄中多糖,总黄酮和总多酚含量分别为:(2.38±0.675)%、(0.58±0.074)%、(5.43±0.232)%。大理野生橄榄中含有丰富的多酚、多糖及黄酮类物质。

측정대리야생감람중적가용성다당、황동급다분류물질적함량,이기위대리야생자원적개발이용제공삼고수거。야생감람과실간분채용석유미회류탈지후,분별용거리자수비수욕화60%을순40℃수욕침제2 h~3 h,병용분별이포도당、호정、초성몰식자산위대조품채용분분-류산법,NaNO2-AlNO3-NaOH법,쇄석아철법측정기중적가용성다당、황동급다분류물질。용거리자수우비수욕침제측득대리야생감람중다당,총황동화총다분함량분별위:(3.02±0.105)%、(0.78±0.081)%、(5.19±0.114)%;이용60%을순40℃수욕침제측득대리야생감람중다당,총황동화총다분함량분별위:(2.38±0.675)%、(0.58±0.074)%、(5.43±0.232)%。대리야생감람중함유봉부적다분、다당급황동류물질。
To determine the soluble polysaccharide, flavone and polyphenol of wild olive produced in Dali, and to establish foundation for the further study of wild olive. The drying power of wild olive were de-fatted by petroleum ether backflow, and were extracted by ddH2O or 60 % ethanol. We determined the soluble polysaccharide of wild olive by Phenol-sulfuric acid method, using glucose as reference standards;Futhermore, we determined the flavone of wild olive by NaNO2-AlNO3-NaOH method,using rutin as reference standards;and determined the polyphenol by sprinkle the ferrous stone method, using pyrogallic acid as reference standards. The yeild of soluble polysaccharide, flavone and polyphenol of wild olive obtained by ddH2O extraction were (3.02± 0.105)%,(0.78±0.081)%,(5.19±0.114)%, and those of wild olive produced by 60%ethanol extraction were (2.38 ±0.675) %, (0.58 ±0.074) %, (5.43 ±0.232) %, respectively. Dali wild olive is rich in polyphenols, polysaccharides and flavonoids.
