研究了白茅根多糖的抗氧化活性和对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性,以总还原能力、ABTS自由基清除率、羟基自由基清除率3项指标来评价白茅根多糖的抗氧化活性,并与VC进行比较,采用体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,测定白茅根多糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。结果表明,白茅根多糖的还原能力低于VC,对ABTS自由基有较好的清除作用,IC50为0.0298 mg/mL,对羟基自由基有清除作用,IC50为1.1 mg/mL。白茅根多糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用较低。

연구료백모근다당적항양화활성화대α-포도당감매적억제활성,이총환원능력、ABTS자유기청제솔、간기자유기청제솔3항지표래평개백모근다당적항양화활성,병여VC진행비교,채용체외α-포도당감매억제모형,측정백모근다당대α-포도당감매적억제작용。결과표명,백모근다당적환원능력저우VC,대ABTS자유기유교호적청제작용,IC50위0.0298 mg/mL,대간기자유기유청제작용,IC50위1.1 mg/mL。백모근다당대α-포도당감매적억제작용교저。
To study the antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of polysaccharide from Imperata Cylindrica. The antioxidant activities were examined from the aspects of reducing power ,scavenging rate of ABTS+· and hydroxyl free radicals respectively,and compared with VC. The α-glucosidase inhibitory activities were assayed in external model. The Results showed that the reducing power of Imperata Cylindrica polysaccharide was weaker than VC. The polysaccharide had a good effect on ABTS+·and·OH scavenging, the IC50 value was 0.029 8 mg/mL, 1.1 mg/mL respectively.
