为了研究盾构液压推进系统控制特性,设计了一种盾构推进系统模拟平台。从机械结构、液压系统两方面详细分析了实验台的设计过程,并结合实验台控制特性的要求进行了实验分析。实验结果验证了设计方案的准确性和实验台控制性能的可靠性。
為瞭研究盾構液壓推進繫統控製特性,設計瞭一種盾構推進繫統模擬平檯。從機械結構、液壓繫統兩方麵詳細分析瞭實驗檯的設計過程,併結閤實驗檯控製特性的要求進行瞭實驗分析。實驗結果驗證瞭設計方案的準確性和實驗檯控製性能的可靠性。

In order to research on control characteristic of shield thrust hydraulic system,a simulating platform of the system was designed.The design procedures of test platform were analyzed in detail,from the two aspects of mechanical structure and hydraulic system,and experimental analysis was done on the platform,considering the control characteristic of it.The experimental results prove the veracity of designing scheme and reliability of control property of the platform.
