利用PCR技术,对湖南长沙、娄底、郴州、岳阳、湘西、张家界等地发病辣椒样品分离鉴定22个辣椒疫霉病菌的ITS序列进行扩增,测序获得大小约870 bp的DNA片段。通过与报道的辣椒疫霉病菌的ITS序列进行比对,构建系统发育进化树,结合AFLP分析,表明湖南省内不同供试菌株间的遗传相似性与地理来源没有直接相关性。

Twenty-two strains ofPhytophthora capsici were isolated and identiifed from the infected samples of peppers that collected from Changsha, Loudi, Chenzhou, Yueyang, Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie cities of Hunan province. Their ITS regions were amplified by PCR, and then the products were sequenced with size of about 870 bp. A phylogenetic tree of those ITS sequences was constructed using neighbor-joint methods, and with the AFLP analysis, it showed that there was no correlation between DNA polymorphism and geographical origins among the 22 strains.
