建立了同时测定朝鲜蓟叶中绿原酸(3-咖啡酰奎尼酸)和洋蓟素(1,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸)的高效液相色谱方法。色谱条件为ECOSIL C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.2%磷酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,波长330 nm,柱温29℃。绿原酸和洋蓟素的色谱峰面积与进样浓度呈现良好的线性关系,平均加标回收率分别为100.20%、99.02%;平均RSD分别为1.31%、1.65%。该分析方法快速、准确、重现性好,可用于朝鲜蓟资源开发产品的质量分析。

A HPLC method was developed to determine chlorogenic acid and cynarin in artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaf simultaneously. The chromatogram conditions were as follows: using ECOSIL C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm)column and taking 0.2%phosphoric acid water solution and acetonitrile solution as the mobile phase to conduct gradient elution, and the lfow rate, the wavelength and the was column temperature were 1 mL/min, 330 nm and 29℃, respectively. The chromatogram peak area of the chlorogenic acid and cynarin showed a good linearity with the concentration of injected sample; the average recovery rate of the chlorogenic acid and the cynarin was 100.20 % and 99.02 %, respectively, and the average RSD of them was 1.31 % and 1.65 %, respectively. The results demonstrated that the method is quick, accurate and repeatable, thus can be used in quality analysis for developed products of artichoke resources.
