目的:观察CAPRI细胞治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及其对T细胞亚群的影响。方法采用流式细胞术等检测6例慢性乙型肝炎患者接受CAPRI细胞治疗前和治疗后4周血常规、肝功能、乙肝病毒DNA、T细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+)的变化。结果接受CAPRI细胞治疗的6例慢性乙型肝炎患者,ALT(p<0.05)和乙肝病毒DNA(p<0.01)均明显降低;外周血T淋巴细胞(p<0.05)、CD4+T细胞(p<0.05)、CD8+T细胞(p<0.01)数目均明显增加,CD4+/CD8+由1.28±0.08降至0.98±0.05(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 CAPRI细胞治疗慢性乙型肝炎可降低乙肝病毒DNA水平,改善肝功能;CD8+T淋巴细胞在CAPRI细胞治疗慢性乙型肝炎中发挥主要作用。

Objective Assess the curative effect of CAPRI cells in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients, and explore its impact on T cellsubsets to further find the underlying mechanism of CAPRI cells. Methods With the informed consent of 6 patients, each patient was given one period of treatment with CAPRI cells. Routine examination of blood, liver function and the load of hepatitis B virus, as wel as T cellsubsets were performed before treatment and four weeks after treatment. Results ALT (p<0.05) and HBV DNA (p<0.05) were reduced, while the absolute number of peripheral lymphocytes (p<0.05), CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells(p<0.01)were increased. The rate of CD4+/CD8+ reduced to 0.98±0.05 from 1.28±0.08 (p<0.05). Conclusions CAPRI cells could reduce the load of hepatitis B virus and improve the liver function of chronic hepatitis B patients. CD8+T lymphocytes might play an important role in this process.
