建立了一种以K3[Fe(CN)6]为探针试剂的可见分光光度法测定利福平的新方法,在最优条件下,利福平的质量浓度在0.6~12μg/ml范围内与溶液吸光度呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程A=0.0981C-0.0125,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.16μg/ml,摩尔吸光系数为7.5×104L·(mol·cm)-1.用于利福平滴眼液、利福平胶囊含量的测定,回收率在97.4%~102.8%之间,RSD分别为0.014,0.029.

A novel method has been established to determine rifampin using potassium ferricyanide as spectroscopic probe reagent.Under the optimal experimental conditions,rifampin concentration within the range of 0. 6~12μg/ml has good linear relationship with its absorbance.The linear regression equation is A= 0. 0981C-0. 0125,r=0. 9997,the detection limit is 0. 16 μg/ml, and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 7. 5 × 104 L·(mol·cm)-1 .This method has been successfully applied to determine rifampicin capsules and rifampicin eye drops.The recovery was in the range of 97. 4%~102. 8%,the RSD was 0.014,0.029 respectively.
