Polygala sibirica L.var megalopha Fr.polysaccharide%extraction%purification
微波辐射下经水提取得到小远志粗多糖(提取率4.86%),经过脱蛋白、二乙氨基乙基纤维素(DEAE-52)离子交换和Sephadex G-200凝胶色谱法分离得到两个主要组分PP-1和PP-2,纸层析、HPLC、比旋光度法证明两者均为均一组分,经凝胶层析法测得两者的相对分子质量分别为40800和97300.

Crud polysaccharide was isolated from Polygala sibirica L.var megalopha Fr.and extracted with water by microwave irradiation (yield 4. 86%).They were then purified through deproteinizated,DEAE-52 ion-exchange and Sephadex G-200 gel chromatography to get pure polysaccharide PP-1 and PP-2 .The results of the paper chro-matography,HPLC and specific rotation of PP-1 and PP-2 indicated that both of them were homogeneous compo-nent.The relative molecule weights of PP-1 and PP-2 were 40 800 and 97 300 respectively determined by gel filtra-tion chromatography.
