为了探讨湖南省早熟温州蜜柑新品种的果实经济性状与功能特征,从果实成熟度、解剖性状、主要功能性成分含量、加工制罐与制汁适应性等方面对日南1号等7个早熟温州蜜柑新品种(系)进行了比较分析。结果表明:旭冠果实9月中下旬果面着色程度达70%,可溶性固形物含量达12.6%,固酸比达36.00︰1,囊瓣质构硬度0.096 kg/m2,制罐整瓣率97.3%,吨耗率1︰1.09,制汁出汁率58.72%,果汁稳定性较好,感官与理化性能优于或符合国标GB/T 12947、GB/T 13210和行标NY 82.2-1988优级产品标准;山下红A系-2具有早熟高值功能制罐果实特征;蜜冠具有早熟高糖高值功能柑橘特性。研究还提出高值功能柑橘良种应避免与有核品种混栽,以防止基因漂移品种退化而导致的籽粒率高、品质下降等问题。
為瞭探討湖南省早熟溫州蜜柑新品種的果實經濟性狀與功能特徵,從果實成熟度、解剖性狀、主要功能性成分含量、加工製罐與製汁適應性等方麵對日南1號等7箇早熟溫州蜜柑新品種(繫)進行瞭比較分析。結果錶明:旭冠果實9月中下旬果麵著色程度達70%,可溶性固形物含量達12.6%,固痠比達36.00︰1,囊瓣質構硬度0.096 kg/m2,製罐整瓣率97.3%,噸耗率1︰1.09,製汁齣汁率58.72%,果汁穩定性較好,感官與理化性能優于或符閤國標GB/T 12947、GB/T 13210和行標NY 82.2-1988優級產品標準;山下紅A繫-2具有早熟高值功能製罐果實特徵;蜜冠具有早熟高糖高值功能柑橘特性。研究還提齣高值功能柑橘良種應避免與有覈品種混栽,以防止基因漂移品種退化而導緻的籽粒率高、品質下降等問題。

In order to discuss the economic and functional characteristics of fruits of new early-matured satsuma mandarin variety in Hunan province, seven new early-matured satsuma mandarin varieties (lines) (Rinan No.1, etc.) were analyzed and compared in terms of fruit matured degree, anatomic characters, contents of main functional components, processing and caning, and juicing suitability. The results showed that for the fruits of Xuguan, the fruit surface coloring degree in middle-late September reached 70%; the content of soluble solids reached 12.6%; the ratio of solid to acid reached 36.00︰1; the hardness of juice vesicle, the complete juice vesicle rate during canning, the loss percentage per ton and the juice yielding rate during juice extraction were 0.096 kg/m2, 97.3%, 1︰1.09 and 58.72%, respectively; the juice had good stability, and its sensory characters and physical and chemical characters were better or met the standard of excellent product from national standard GB/T 12947 and GB/T 13210 and from the industry standard NY 82.2-1988. Shanxiahong A line-2 had characters of early-mature and canning fruit; Miguan had characters of early-mature and high sugar content. Moreover, the research indicated that the fine citrus varieties with high-value function should avoid mixed planting with seedy varieties, thus preventing the occurrence of high seed rate and decreasing quality which caused by gene flow and variety degeneration.
