目的：探讨佛山地区近10年不同年龄段大肠腺瘤患者的临床特点和发病规律。方法总结分析佛山地区3家三级甲等医院2001-2010年经病理确诊的9850例大肠腺瘤患者的临床资料。结果男6005例，女3845例，男女比例为1.56∶1。≥71岁年龄段所占比例最高（23.80％），从≤30岁至≥71年龄段，随着发病年龄增加，男女比例从1.74∶1下降至1.45∶1，右半结肠腺瘤的比例从15.56％上升至22.23％，直肠腺瘤的比例从58.77％下降至46.29％，绒毛状腺瘤的比例从4.94％上升至9.04％，伴高级别瘤变腺瘤的比例从4.69％上升至10.15％，多发腺瘤的比例从20.25％上升至39.29％，≥2.0 cm的腺瘤从3.46％上升至9.47％。结论随着患者年龄增长，大肠腺瘤的男女比例下降，发病部位多见于右半结肠，提示应重视全结肠镜检查。不同年龄段患者的腺瘤特征存在一定的差异，老年人更易患多发、体积大、异型增生程度高的腺瘤。
목적：탐토불산지구근10년불동년령단대장선류환자적림상특점화발병규률。방법총결분석불산지구3가삼급갑등의원2001-2010년경병리학진적9850례대장선류환자적림상자료。결과남6005례，녀3845례，남녀비례위1.56∶1。≥71세년령단소점비례최고（23.80％），종≤30세지≥71년령단，수착발병년령증가，남녀비례종1.74∶1하강지1.45∶1，우반결장선류적비례종15.56％상승지22.23％，직장선류적비례종58.77％하강지46.29％，융모상선류적비례종4.94％상승지9.04％，반고급별류변선류적비례종4.69％상승지10.15％，다발선류적비례종20.25％상승지39.29％，≥2.0 cm적선류종3.46％상승지9.47％。결론수착환자년령증장，대장선류적남녀비례하강，발병부위다견우우반결장，제시응중시전결장경검사。불동년령단환자적선류특정존재일정적차이，노년인경역환다발、체적대、이형증생정도고적선류。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics and incidence model of colorectal adenomas of differ -ent age in Foshan areas in recently 10 years.Methods The data of 9 850 patients with pathologically confirmed colorec-tal adenomas from 3 highest-ranking hospitals in Foshan areas were analyzed .Results There were 6 005 male cases and 3 845 female cases (male/female was 1.56∶1).Among the total, people over 71 years old took the most proportion (23.8%).From the patient younger than 30 years old to over 71 years old, the male to female ratio decreased from 1.74∶1 to 1.45∶1;the proportion of right -sided colorectal adenomas increased from 15.56%to 22.23%;the proportion of rectum colorectal dropped from 58.77%to 46.29%;the proportion of villous adenomas increased from 4.94% to 9.04%;the proportion of colorectal high grade dysplasia adenoma increased from 4.69%to 10.15%;the proportion of multiple adeno-mas increased from 20.25%to 39.29%;and the proportion of the colorectal adenomas ≥2 cm in diameter increased from 3.46%to 9.47%.Conclusion With the increasing age , the male to female ratio decreases , the incidence of right -si-ded colorectal adenomas increases , suggesting the characteristics of colorectal adenomas in different age are different .Ol-der people are more prone to multiple adenomas , large volume adenomas or high degree of dysplasia adenomas .
