目的:探讨补肾化瘀中药干预对光老化大鼠模型表皮及真皮结构的影响。方法利用8-甲氧补骨脂素/长波紫外线UVA(320~400 nm)照射SD大鼠,建立光老化大鼠模型,并对该动物模型给予补肾化瘀中药干预,连续15 d。40只SD大鼠分为空白对照组(实验过程中不经紫外线照射和任何干预)10只、补肾化瘀中药干预组(紫外线照射造模后,给予补肾化瘀中药干预)15只、模型对照组(紫外线照射造模后,给予生理盐水灌胃)15只。采用皮肤组织病理学对3组大鼠的表皮及真皮结构改变进行观察和分析。结果成功建立光老化大鼠模型,补肾化瘀中药干预组大鼠损伤区皮肤外观及弹性趋向正常,组织形态学上光老化损伤表现基本消失,真皮层出现新生胶原纤维,排列紧密,弹力纤维分布均匀。结论补肾化瘀中药具有抗光老化作用,能够促进光老化大鼠皮肤损害的修复,为补肾化瘀中药抗光老化研究提供了客观的组织形态学依据。
目的:探討補腎化瘀中藥榦預對光老化大鼠模型錶皮及真皮結構的影響。方法利用8-甲氧補骨脂素/長波紫外線UVA(320~400 nm)照射SD大鼠,建立光老化大鼠模型,併對該動物模型給予補腎化瘀中藥榦預,連續15 d。40隻SD大鼠分為空白對照組(實驗過程中不經紫外線照射和任何榦預)10隻、補腎化瘀中藥榦預組(紫外線照射造模後,給予補腎化瘀中藥榦預)15隻、模型對照組(紫外線照射造模後,給予生理鹽水灌胃)15隻。採用皮膚組織病理學對3組大鼠的錶皮及真皮結構改變進行觀察和分析。結果成功建立光老化大鼠模型,補腎化瘀中藥榦預組大鼠損傷區皮膚外觀及彈性趨嚮正常,組織形態學上光老化損傷錶現基本消失,真皮層齣現新生膠原纖維,排列緊密,彈力纖維分佈均勻。結論補腎化瘀中藥具有抗光老化作用,能夠促進光老化大鼠皮膚損害的脩複,為補腎化瘀中藥抗光老化研究提供瞭客觀的組織形態學依據。
목적:탐토보신화어중약간예대광노화대서모형표피급진피결구적영향。방법이용8-갑양보골지소/장파자외선UVA(320~400 nm)조사SD대서,건립광노화대서모형,병대해동물모형급여보신화어중약간예,련속15 d。40지SD대서분위공백대조조(실험과정중불경자외선조사화임하간예)10지、보신화어중약간예조(자외선조사조모후,급여보신화어중약간예)15지、모형대조조(자외선조사조모후,급여생리염수관위)15지。채용피부조직병이학대3조대서적표피급진피결구개변진행관찰화분석。결과성공건립광노화대서모형,보신화어중약간예조대서손상구피부외관급탄성추향정상,조직형태학상광노화손상표현기본소실,진피층출현신생효원섬유,배렬긴밀,탄력섬유분포균균。결론보신화어중약구유항광노화작용,능구촉진광노화대서피부손해적수복,위보신화어중약항광노화연구제공료객관적조직형태학의거。
Objective To study on the influence of replenishing kidney dissolving blood stasistherapy on epider -mis and dermis structure of photoaging skin rat models .Methods Using 8-methoxypsoralan/UVA ray (320~400 nm) irradiation was applied on SD rats for establishment of skin photoaging rat model .The intervention of replenishing kidney dissolving blood stasis therapy was given for 15 days in a row.Histopathological observation was performed for analysis of the changes of epidermis and the dermis structure of rats in control group , photoaging group and intervention group . Results The photoaging rat model was established successfully .The tended normal appearance and elasticity of damaged areas, almost disappeared glazing aging damage performance , new densely arranged dermis collagen fiber , and evenly dis-tributed elastic fiber were observed in therapy group .Conclusion Replenishing kidney dissolving blood stasis therapy provides anti-photoaging effect in photoaging rats , and promotes the repairmen of impaired skins .
