目的：观察miR-572在胃癌及配对正常胃组织中的表达情况及差异性。方法利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测26例胃癌组织及其正常胃黏膜组织中miR-572的表达，并分析其与临床病理资料的关系。结果与配对正常胃黏膜组织比较， miR-572在14例胃癌组织中呈高表达，在12例胃癌组织中呈低表达。miR-572在胃癌组织中的表达均高于正常胃黏膜组织（ P＜0.05）；胃癌组织中不同年龄、性别、临床分期、组织学类型、分化程度和有无淋巴结转移之间miR-572的表达差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；而胃癌组织中腺癌、低分化、低分期和淋巴结转移者miR-572呈高表达的趋势。结论 miR-572在胃癌组织中高表达，可能与胃癌发生发展有关，但其临床病理学意义和具体作用机制有待进一步探讨。
목적：관찰miR-572재위암급배대정상위조직중적표체정황급차이성。방법이용실시형광정량PCR기술검측26례위암조직급기정상위점막조직중miR-572적표체，병분석기여림상병리자료적관계。결과여배대정상위점막조직비교， miR-572재14례위암조직중정고표체，재12례위암조직중정저표체。miR-572재위암조직중적표체균고우정상위점막조직（ P＜0.05）；위암조직중불동년령、성별、림상분기、조직학류형、분화정도화유무림파결전이지간miR-572적표체차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）；이위암조직중선암、저분화、저분기화림파결전이자miR-572정고표체적추세。결론 miR-572재위암조직중고표체，가능여위암발생발전유관，단기림상병이학의의화구체작용궤제유대진일보탐토。
Objective To probe the expression and differences of miR -572 in gastric carcinoma and matched normal gastric tissues.Methods The expression of miR572 in 26 biopsies were tested by using real -time quantitative PCR and then to analyze the relationship between the expression and the clinic opathological data .Results Compared with matched normal gastric tissue , the miR-572 showed a high expression in 14 cases of gastric carcinoma and a low ex-pression in 12 cases of gastric carcinoma .The expression of miR-572 in gastric carcinoma are higher than normal mucosa (P<0.05).There are no significant differences between/among ages, genders, clinical stages, histological types, de-grees of differentiation and lymph node metastasis or not (P>0.05).However there is a trend that miR -572 expressed highly in adenocarcinoma , poorly differentiated , low stage and metastasis groups .Conclusion miR-572 is highly ex-pressed in gastric cancer may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer ; but its clinicopathological significance and specific mechanism should be further explored .
