大规模风电汇集系统的静态电压稳定特性不同于常规负荷中心的静态电压稳定。基于PV曲线,分析研究了大规模风电汇集系统的静态电压失稳表现形式。基于灵敏度方法,推导了预防风电汇集系统静态电压失稳的传输极限计算公式。提出了利用有效短路比作为评价风电汇集系统静态电压稳定性的辅助判据。结合实际系统的典型案例与调度应用对方法与结论进行了验证。

The characteristics of static voltage stability in a large-scale wind penetration system are different from that of normal load center.The unique static voltage collapse phenomenon in large-scale wind penetration system is demonstrated based on PV curves.To control the static voltage stability,a calculation method of transfer capability limit is illustrated based on sensitivity analysis.Effective short circuit ratio (ESCR) is also proposed to evaluate the voltage stability of wind power integration system.The proposed methods and ESCR metric have been proved to be practical in a real system and can be used in the system operation and planning.
