基于相量测量单元(PMU)和数据采集与监控(SCADA)混合量测进行状态估计计算时,一旦其相角参考点上的PMU电压相角量测为坏数据,将影响其余所有相角量测引入,污染有功量的总体计算,严重影响计算精度。文中在建立混合量测状态估计计算模型的基础上,提出一种解决相角参考点坏数据问题的处理方法,改变传统状态估计将相角参考点状态量值固定且不参与迭代求解的做法,形成雅可比矩阵时增加相角参考点状态量对应列和PMU量测对应行,将相角参考点状态量同其他节点一样参与迭代求解,当相角参考点上的 PMU 电压相角量测为坏数据时同样能够被检测和辨识,彻底消除其对计算结果的不利影响。最后,结合电网实例验证了该方法的有效性。

In the state estimation based on hybrid measurement of the phasor measuring unit (PMU) and supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA),once the PMU voltage phase angle measurement results on the reference bus are found to be bad data,the introduction of all the remaining phase angle measurements will be affected and the overall calculation of active parameters will be corrupted,which will seriously influence the accuracy of calculation.This paper proposes a new method to solve the bad data problem of phase angle reference bus based on the calculation model of state estimation with hybrid measurement.By changing the conventional method of taking the reference bus”s state parameter as a definite value and ridding it from the iterative calculation,the proposed method adds a corresponding column of reference bus”s state parameter and a corresponding row of PMU measurement in the Jacobi matrix generated.The reference bus”s state parameters are employed in the iterative calculation as other buses.Then bad PMU measurements of reference bus can be detected,identified and removed from the state estimation measurement system so as to thoroughly eliminate its impact on the calculation results.Finally,the effectiveness of the method proposed is verified with an actual power grid example.
