传统的调度中心集中建模方法存在着易出错、维护量大、难以自愈等问题,同时也无法满足未来智能输电网中各种分布式应用的需要,因此提出了变电站-调度中心两级分布式建模方法来满足两个级别网络分析应用的不同需要。在变电站建立模型和图形,经转化后送至调度中心,在调度中心拼接变电站模型形成全网模型。对分布式建模的整体架构、变电站建模、模型转化和传输、模型拼接等关键问题进行了详细探讨,并提出了当前实用的混合建模方案。华东电网的现场应用验证了所述方法的有效性。

As the traditional centralized network modeling for energy management system (EMS) in control center is error prone,heavily reliant on maintenance,and lacking in self-healing ability while unable to satisfy the needs of the distributed application of future transmission grid,a method of substation-control center two-level distributed network modeling is presented.The information model including the network model as well as one-line diagram is built in the substation, transferred to the control center after transformation,and then merged to form an entire network model in control center.The architecture and key technologies such as substation modeling,model transferring and transforming,model joining are discussed in detail.The proposed method has been successfully implemented in China Eastern Grid as shown in the field-application results.
