目的:比较威海市机采献血者与全血献血者人群特征,为献血者招募提供参考。方法利用血站信息管理系统对无偿献血者信息进行统计整理,利用SPSS18.0统计软件对2013年威海市1674名机采血小板捐献者、32089名全血捐献者人群结构、献血经历和血液检测结果进行分析。结果威海市机采献血者与全血献血者统计指标中,性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、献血经历、血液检测结果差异均具有统计学意义。结论机采献血者中35岁以下年轻男性比例明显高于全血献血者,分析原因与男性身体特征及工作人员针对性招募有关,机采献血者与全血献血者文化程度与职业的差异在于团体献血工作的开展。血站可根据本地特点,因地制宜地制订宣传策略,开展有针对性的招募,可以极大提高招募成功率,使机采献血者队伍进入良性循环。

Objective Population characteristics of apheresis donors is compared with that of whole blood donors in Weihai to provide reference for blood donor recruitment. Methods Voluntary blood donors information is organized by using information management system in blood station, the population structure, experiences and blood test results of 1674 apheresis platelet donors and 32089 whole blood donors in 2013 are analyzed by using statistical software spss18.0. Results Comparing apheresis donors with whole blood donors ,the differences of gender, age, educational level, occupation, experience of blood donation and blood test results have statistical significance. Conclusion The persent of apheresis donors under 35 years old is larger than that of whole blood donors, because of male physical characteristics and targeted recruitment. Differences in educational level and in occupation are caused by group blood donations. According to local conditions, blood station can develop promotional strategies and targeted recruitment in order to improve the success rate of recruitment ,so that donors ' team can go into a virtuous circle.
