目的:检测各类贫血病患者静脉血RBC中感染的真菌种类和区别,寻求敏感药物治疗,减少临床用血量,节约血资源。方法:白血病患者静脉血50-100μl滴加在1640和生理盐水混合液中培养,22-36度条件下,置100×显微镜下观察接种后至120小时的真菌和原虫生长感染红细胞状况。结果:不同类型贫血病患者静脉血培养中镜下均可见同一种真菌生长。镜下观察:伴随温度的提高,①真菌在红细胞内繁殖速度加快,二分裂倍数增长,最后呈喷射状释放到红细胞体外,呈球形游离单体,运动速度极快,致使血红蛋白流失,形成影形红细胞,导致患者贫血。温度低时,即结成杆状菊花状。同时可见血小板被①真菌侵袭后运动速度加快,形成影形印戒形,被白细胞吞噬。结论:贫血患者静脉血中见到同一类真菌可为正常人类红细胞中感染的一种真菌,当伴有其他原虫和真菌类病原微生物侵袭时诱发繁殖速度加快,RBC中HB流失加快,导致各类贫血病。
目的:檢測各類貧血病患者靜脈血RBC中感染的真菌種類和區彆,尋求敏感藥物治療,減少臨床用血量,節約血資源。方法:白血病患者靜脈血50-100μl滴加在1640和生理鹽水混閤液中培養,22-36度條件下,置100×顯微鏡下觀察接種後至120小時的真菌和原蟲生長感染紅細胞狀況。結果:不同類型貧血病患者靜脈血培養中鏡下均可見同一種真菌生長。鏡下觀察:伴隨溫度的提高,①真菌在紅細胞內繁殖速度加快,二分裂倍數增長,最後呈噴射狀釋放到紅細胞體外,呈毬形遊離單體,運動速度極快,緻使血紅蛋白流失,形成影形紅細胞,導緻患者貧血。溫度低時,即結成桿狀菊花狀。同時可見血小闆被①真菌侵襲後運動速度加快,形成影形印戒形,被白細胞吞噬。結論:貧血患者靜脈血中見到同一類真菌可為正常人類紅細胞中感染的一種真菌,噹伴有其他原蟲和真菌類病原微生物侵襲時誘髮繁殖速度加快,RBC中HB流失加快,導緻各類貧血病。
목적:검측각류빈혈병환자정맥혈RBC중감염적진균충류화구별,심구민감약물치료,감소림상용혈량,절약혈자원。방법:백혈병환자정맥혈50-100μl적가재1640화생리염수혼합액중배양,22-36도조건하,치100×현미경하관찰접충후지120소시적진균화원충생장감염홍세포상황。결과:불동류형빈혈병환자정맥혈배양중경하균가견동일충진균생장。경하관찰:반수온도적제고,①진균재홍세포내번식속도가쾌,이분렬배수증장,최후정분사상석방도홍세포체외,정구형유리단체,운동속도겁쾌,치사혈홍단백류실,형성영형홍세포,도치환자빈혈。온도저시,즉결성간상국화상。동시가견혈소판피①진균침습후운동속도가쾌,형성영형인계형,피백세포탄서。결론:빈혈환자정맥혈중견도동일류진균가위정상인류홍세포중감염적일충진균,당반유기타원충화진균류병원미생물침습시유발번식속도가쾌,RBC중HB류실가쾌,도치각류빈혈병。
Objective:Detection of various types of anemia in venous blood of patients with RBC infection fungal species and distinction, for sensitive drug treatment, reduce the blood for clinical use, save blood resources. Methods:Leukemia venous blood of patients with 50-100/L dropping in 1640 dspx and saline mixed medium, 22-36 conditions, the 100 x microscope after vaccination to 120 hours of fungi and protozoa infected red cel s growth condition. Results:Different types of anemia in patients with venous blood cultures in mirror are visible with a fungal growth. Endoscopic observation:with the temperature increasing, the fungus inside red blood cel propagation speed, two split multiply, final y was sprayed, released to the red blood cel s in vitro, spherical free monomer, movement speed, causes the hemoglobin loss, form shadow shaped red blood cel , leading to anemia. When the temperature is low, i.e., a rod-shaped chrysanthemum. At the same time visible platelets were of fungal invasion after movement speed, forming a film-shaped signet-ring shaped, by phagocytic leukocytes. Conclusion:Anemia in patients with venous blood to see the same class of fungi for normal human red blood cel s infected by a fungus, when accompanied by other protozoa and fungi pathogenic microorganism invasion induced by propagation speed, RBC HB loss accelerated, resulting in various types of anemia.
